UNBOXING: Foldable Solar Panel

Today we will be unboxing the Foldable Solar Panel. I think this is a great accessory when you are out on a hike, travelling, or camping.

I like the construction and the feel of the solar charger. The whole bank of solar cells folds into a very small form factor that's barely bigger than most phones. It is also incredibly light-weight. Which is nice when space, and weight is a concern during a hike or when camping. There is a good sized pocket on the front big enough to accommodate most phones and there is a security strap over the top of the pocket so your phone doesn't fall out while charging.

There are many benefits to this type of charging style.

  1. The small form factor let's you stow it just about anywhere and you'll never know it's there
  2. You can't rely on battery powered power banks when you're not around electricity to charge it up when it get's low. 
  3. You can charge just about anything that takes a low power charge, like a phone. But you could also charge another battery power bank with this to have a little more flexibility. 
  4. I like that this charger has grommets on the end so you can hang it up, or strap it to your backpack when you're on a hike.
